If you choose not to insure I cannot be held responsible for loss in mail.
You will be informed about the total of these costs via email.
Your order will be processed after receiving your payment.
I'm happy to combine mutiple items to save on shipping costs.

When you make a purchase you are accepting these terms, please be certain that you have read and understand them.
Shipping and Handling
I ship twice a week, please allow for delivery depending on method of payment.
Items are shipped TNT insured. Uninsured items go at customers own risk.
If an item has not arrived after 2 weeks you should contact us via email.
If and items is lost, after 30 days we can file an insurance claim with the post office.
As the Recipient you will need to do the following:
a.. get a claim form at your local post office.
b.. fill out the "Recipient" information block
c.. send the form to us
Once the claim form is received I will have the post office send you a refund for your merchandise.
I will be unable to issue refunds without receipt of the proper insurance claim form.
For items sent uninsured I can submit a parcel inquiry, however, if the item shipped uninsured at your request I will have no responsibility to issue refunds.
I accept no responsibility for cash sent in the mail.
I will gladly track an item, however, with the many orders I have to process it can take time and I appreciate your patience.

mistakes happen, if your item is not correct, please email us and let us know.
Inquiring about an item.
Although I try to remember everyone, it is impossible, especially when people have similar names or email addresses. For this reason I ask that when inquiring on an item that you include all of the following information which will enable us to look up your item and answer any question in a timely manner.
Please Include:
a.. full name
b.. shipping address
c.. email address (as it may show up as just a name on the email)
d.. item number
e.. item description (color, size, etc.)
f.. method of payment
